Yeah, I've seen that before (matter the fact, last time was a couple days ago when moving FW1 from one machine to a new one). I noticed that when you install NT 4.0, SP5 or SP6a (whichever you prefer), FW-1, FW-1 SPx, the VPN seems to go down after a short while. Re-installing the NT service pack and rebooting the FW fixes the problem. In other words the order of install should be NT, NT SP, FW-1, FW-1 SP, NT SP. Hope this helps.
