how about an e-mail to [email protected] reporting them to themselves ?

After all most ISP's have mis-use conditions in their T&C's so presumably
they also fall under the same terms - after all it's going to be very
difficult for them to hit on you against these terms if they are not helping
to stop it..

Perhaps another department in the same group would have more weight than
"just a customer".

Failing that perhaps "exodus" really is an instruction to leave them ... :->
