Title: Protocol 47 ?????
Protocol 47 is the Generic Routing Encapsulation protocol or GRE for
short. It is used primarily to tunnel traffic from non-adjacent routers
without being affected by the transit routers. It is often used to
pass routing information and to allow communications between 2
non-routable networks.
To my
knowledge GRE offers virtually no encryption of the data. For that you
need IPSEC or some other security mechanism.

Can anybody
help me in Interpreting this Log. I just wanna know what is this Protocol 47
& What is this Service 34827 ?
I have
opened all the ports between source & Destination both ways & I am
getting the following logs :
