[FW1] Virus always seeks for WINSVRC.EXE to runany program

Hi All,

One of my client opened the attached mail containing
"Coligium" under From.Then after he cann't any any
program in Win98.All the program needs location for
"winsvrc.exe" to run it but I searched for it in
various pc but I can't find it.
Even registry editor can't be opened.Actually I can't
do anything except opening Win98 and shutting down it.

Have any solution to it.
