[FW1] RE: Integrating ISS RealSecure Intrusion Detection Network Engin e wi th CheckPoint Version 4.1

Okay, let me remember so far, what I've done:
1. configure on the console of Realsecure that on certain events, Realsecure
should contact the firewall for dropping some packets using dynamically
generated rules.
2. Set the right global properties about the OPSEC interfaces: Which
Firewall Realsecure should contact, how long the dynamic rules should stay
and more
3. Do an fw putkey -opsec on that firewall(module) which would communicate
with the Realsecure Network Sensor
4. Do an opsecputkey (can't remember exactly the right name) on the
Realsecure _Network_Sensor to communicate with the firewall on step 3.

Question: Did you are using Checkpoint Realsecure Manager?

Hope that helps.

Subject: Integrating ISS RealSecure Intrusion Detection Network Engine
wi th CheckPoint Version 4.1

I am unable to make the ISS Real Secure Network Engine update the firewall
and drop a connection coming on the firewall card as defined in the policy
of the Real Secure Console.

If anybody can help on this .... it would be great ...

Waiting eagerly for the reply

Rgds
