Wal, It's upt to you(your users) on wether you can restart the software. fwstop fwstart If this doesn't work, then you need to ask some questions: Do you remember when was the last time it worked? If so, then, try and remember what changed since then. Did you manually modify any of the FW files? Install software? Removesoftware? Add hardware? Robert - - Robert P.
