If just just take them FreeBSD packages, will they install?? You didn't say which IPSO you were running or which sshd, but look at your config page, Manage installed packages and/or Network access and services and/or Secure Shell and see if things are turned one and enabled. Double checked. I am using an ssh1 client What I did notice thought is that when I run 'ps -ea | grep -i sshd' on the Nokia, it returns nothing.... Maybe sshd not running? OK.... while I was writing this message I telnetted to the firewall... oops.. looks like ssh is not even installed. Langa: I suspect you are using a SSH V2 client to attempt the connection. The Nokia platform only works with SSH V1. You must also ensure that SSH is enabled properly in Voyager/Lynx. Regards!!!
