You can do this, but it's not pretty:

1) According to CheckPoint, NetBIOS with NAT support is
    turned off in FireWall-1 4.1 by default. In order to enable
    it, add the line: 
          :netbios_nat (true) 
    to the :props section of the objects.C file.       
2) You will (probably) need to account for name resolution.
    This means WINS or an LMHOSTS file.
3) You will need to account for authentication. Do you have
    a domain controller? If you must authenticate against a
    domain, see #2 (you'll need the proper <1B> entry for an
    LMHOSTS).
