I would change several items in the default configuration.  I believe this was discussed either on this mailing-list or maybe it was on Firewall-1-wizards.  In the Policy -> Properties, I would definitely disable Control Connections (put in specific rules), change the way ICMP and UDP DNS is handled, etc.
