don't use the GUI install (autorun) from the CD. Go into Explorer and run the install from the GUI directory (windows\CPMgmtClnt-41). I have FW-1 SP3 downloaded and would assume that this fixes any problems with Windows 2000, but how am I supposed to apply the service pack if I cannot get the GUI client installed? Any help on this one would be most appreciated.
