[FW1] sbd-tester: strioctl(set): Invalid argument - checking the interfaces

Hello all,

I have got StoneBeat HA version 3.1.3. I have the same interface in each firewall connected to a different switch so that in case of failure of principal switch, the active firewall detects that the link in that interface is down, and reestablishes the service through the standby firewall.

But I have got a problem, because if I add the "networkinterface-linkstatus" test in checklist file, I obtain the message:

"sbd-tester[471]: strioctl(set): Invalid argument"

Any ideas? Is it a problem of version?

If I use "networkinterface-up" test, everything is right, but I think this test does not detect if there is a problem in the cable, isn't it?

How do you test your interfaces? in this way?

Thanks,
Estela.
