eSafe Gateway(tm) has scanned this mail for viruses, vandals and suspicious attachments and has found it to be CLEAN. ______________________________________________________________ >Ultra 5 and 10's have EIDE disks - There is no BIOS as a PC would have. >It should work so long as you have the device set as a master and >it has 512 Byte Blocks ( Most do ) Nope. :-( This is what I'm wondering about: the one which is in there at the moment is neither jumpered as master nor as slave. It's on "cable select" ?! When it's coming to the point to choose the hard-disk while installing solaris he's still offering the 8GB hard disk which WAS in there. The new one would be a 20GB?! So this means to me that somewhere there's something installed, saying what hard disk it should be?! ;-) Bye Patrick ================================================================================ To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================================================
