The problem is most likely that he needs to go into voyager and delete
unused packages that he has already upgraded from. Also, I beleive that you
may want to try moving log files etc out of var, its a bit full. Also refer
to the following resolutions in the Nokia Knowledge Base:

Resolution 1517
Resolution 1285
Resolution 953


Optionally, you may fix it by re-building the Nokia box entirely but this is
quit involved and not a guarentee.
