Hi Edward,

lately I had the same problem :-)
I managed to strip the attachment by MIME type - though there is a description
on the release notes, IMHO it´s not described foolf-proof.

So, here is what I changed:

1. fwstop
2. make a copy of $FWDIR/conf/objects.C
3. look for the entry of the resource in objects.C since it will have the save
name you gave it to
4. edit objects.C an add the entry you find in the release notes but:
    to find where to put the entry you first have to add a "Resource..." for
SMTP and for Match use "*" in both fields
5. save the objects.C
6. fwstart
7. start the GUI
8. install the policy again
9. finito :-)

The email will have a appropriate message that the attachment (e.g. *.vbs) was
removed
I´m still in the process to find out where this attachment is sent...
