Nokia650 with ipso3.3 and sp3 crashes after receiving following error (same thing happened with sp2 on ipso3.3 and ipso3.2.1)

I checked knowledge base and there is a resolution about a trojan but did a trojan search on the pcs and servers everything is clear, and firewall crashes everyday at least once...
