I believe that this is the only client currently in development for the PocketPC, called Movian VPN.

It's about $20/seat, works with many VPN vendors.  Works with the Sierra Wireless cards and the Compaq IPAQ's very well.  Checkpoint is one of about 10 VPN vendors that are certified with it.
