Hi all, I have already renewed my CKPFW-1 4.1 software subscription but it is no way to change the public IP information in Check Point's User Center if your renewed software subscription with prefix "SS-CPXX-XXX....." Sometimes this site - CKP User Center can not be accessed and your registered product items can not be displayed while your screen is held up and showing "We are currently retrieving your records."..... I agreed with what Joerg said that it is always a bug there.
