[FW-1] vpn securemote error

hi all

I have a problem with securemote and fw-1 (4.1 sp5 on NT 4.0 sp6;
standalone).
I can download topo without problems but the key exchange fails.
Users are using fwz (encapsulated)
The drop on rule 0 is in the log viewer : " decryption failure: 'no encryption' or
'rdp' license "
The license is OK for securemote and attached to the public ip.

Any ideas?
