It might make sense to setup a temporary SR login and ask someone on the list who is using NAT and has experience with SR to try and test it. Also, you might want to set up tcpdump or other sniffer to ensure the traffic is operating over UDP 2746 like it should be. Further, please provide Firewall version, build number, platform, secure remote version, build number, and platform. Also, please provide the topology of your network so we can locate any problems that might arise from routing problems, etc. Are you using IKE for the key exchange? Have you enabled IKE over TCP? (In NG). Are logins succeeding? Is the user successfully authenticated? Or does even that fail? Is your topology correct? -Don ================================================= To set vacation, Out Of Office, or away messages, send an email to [email protected] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [email protected] =================================================
