[FW-1] Upgrade from FW-1 4.0SP8 to NG: Gotchas? Tips?

We are looking at upgrading a firewall from FW-1 4.0, Service Pack 8,
running on Windows NT 4.0, to NG.  We've got multiple IPSec VPNs, some
Session Authentication clients, some 20-30 rules, some static NAT rules, and
some hide NAT rules.

Any bugaboos we should be looking out for when we do this?  Common issues?
Tips?
