I found a solution on an other board
On the management console in "$windir$\fw1\4.1\lib\table.def" edit the
file and add Keep under connections as you see in the example below...

old_connections = dynamic sync expires TCP_TIMEOUT keep kbuf 2;
proxied_conns = dynamic keep;

connections = dynamic refresh keep sync expires TCP_START_TIMEOUT
expcall KFUNC_CONN_EXPIRE kbuf 1

are connected to Firewall-1?
