I had the same problem before. Did you check logs on FireWall-1 ? If you could find the message "Content-Disposition connections are not allowed." in the logs of FireWall-1 , you might be able to solve this problem as follwing. 1. close all GUI client softwares. 2. stop FireWall-1 (fwstop) 3. Add the following property to the $FWDIR/conf/objects.C file under the props section :http_allow_content_disposition (true) 4. Save the changes to the objects.c file. 5. Restart the FireWall (fwstart) 6. Install the Security Policy on the FireWall Module.
