[FW-1] FW1 NG and resources

Hi I've just been porting (manually) a rulebase from 4.1 to NG and have come
across something unusual.
Has the concept of resource groups been removed ?
I also tried adding multiple resources to a rule and wasn't allowed do this
anymore either.
Is there something new and improved that replaced this functionality ?

Any ideas ?
