NG FP2 requires Solaris 8 in either 32, or 64bit mode. I had an idea that
was the case so I just checked the release notes...

I checked the pkginfo. The package is installed but cpconfig is not running.
My hardware is Sun Ultra 5 machine. If I install in E250 or e450 it is
perfectly working. I tried to install on another Sun Ultra 5 machine, it is
same problem. I am guessing, it is hardware issue. Could you please confirm
me that, checkpoint may not run on Ultra 5.

two tips !
1.
pkginfo | grep CP
to make sure it is installed.
2.
env
to make sure you have in the PATH otherwise there is
is a .file you have to excute to get the path.
