I think you should use Static NAT here coz you have mail servers. if it was only for your workstations going out, then Hide NAT is fine. But you cannot share one common address for all the servers. If you really can't use single IP for each web/mail server then your only choice is Hide NAT but you might face some problems later, depending on number of connection to multiple servers at the same time.
 
this is just what i think. maybe there is a solution i m unaware of.
