[FW-1] Migrating from Single Gateway to Provider-1

Hi folks,

has anyone of you practical experience in migrating from a single gateway (4.1
or NG) to Provider-1 (NG FP2) ?

I also would like to know hot to migrate 4.1-CMAs to a new NG Provider-1.

I tried to execute cma_migrate, but the tool is not described very well (i.e.
what directories of the SGW do I have to transfer to the Provider-1 Machine for
input for cma_migrate?). Is there any "low-level" method like copying specific
files from the SGW to the CMA-directory on the Provider-1 machine (we used this
method to migrate a 4.1 module to 4.1 provider-1)?

I tried to find anything in the provider-1 documentation, but the information I
found is not very detailed.
