> 2.external.if -->interface 3(210.232.3.2) It's not the ip address, but the name of the interface that should be put in external.if So your external if should say something like: eth0 -or- E100B8 -or- lan0 -or- el90x1 -or- whatever the name of your interface is. It needs to be the name of *your* external interface, not these I've mentioned here, but it's name will be somewhat similar. You can get a list of your interface names with 'fw ctl iflist' Lars > > 3.I create fw objects and make it a "internal" side object > for if I make > it external there is no object when install(in GUIClient).--->Is it > right?? > > > router > | > ---------- 3->210.232.3.2/29 (DMZ) > > ---------- 4->210.232.3.65/26(Internal Hosts but own ips that can be > routed) > > ---------- 5->192.168.3.1/24 (For GUI Client) > > anyway > > Many thanks > > ================================================= > To set vacation, Out Of Office, or away messages, > send an email to [email protected] > in the BODY of the email add: > set fw-1-mailinglist nomail > ================================================= > To unsubscribe from this mailing list, > please see the instructions at > http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html > ================================================= > If you have any questions on how to change your > subscription options, email > [email protected] > ================================================= > ================================================= To set vacation, Out Of Office, or away messages, send an email to [email protected] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [email protected] =================================================
