what type of Nat are you configuring?...Hide (dynamic) or Static?. If you are using a Static Nat, you need the static route on the router. I have NG FP2 over NT. I have checked Automatic Arp Configuration but NAT don't perform, firewall don't respond arp request. I've tried to write local.arp file but this don't resolve problem...
