You feel the 330 isn't up to the task? Also..I assume that nobody
recommends running the Management station and a firewall module the same
box? (remembering we have around 15 firewalls)

I would recommend a 530. Are you also logging to the
management station? If yes, you might also consider
set up some loggers.
