I wouldn't advise deleting your objects.C file, you won't be able to manage your rulebases unless you rebuild it completely. Certainly don't touch it without making a backup of it first. What makes you think your objects.C file is corrupt in the first place? What is the size of your objects.C, what OS are you using and what version/service pack of checkpoint are you using? Hello, is it possible by any means to "flush" the objects_5_0.c without doing a fresh install? Im doing tests with NG AI (updating from 4.1) and I believe, I have corrruption in my objects database. Can I just remove objects_5_0.C and objects_5_0.C.bak and bounce the mgmt (Solaris 9)? Or is there something else to do?
