Thank you for your answer. I disabled rfc check and now it works.

...but there is an option to disable the FW-1 RFC 821/822 checks: change the smtp_rfc821 and smtp_rfc822 field from true to false in the firewal_properties with dbedit. I guess there is also a windows tools for dbedit but I am not familiar with it. After that you have to reinstall the policy to activate the changes.
