It's not all clear to me whether you are talking about access from SR client or not. But either way it works, but differently. For SR, you need to configure for Secure Domain Logon. You can find series of configuration documents under http://support.checkpoint.com/service/publisher.asp?id=55.0.206. For a connection without SR and therefore the client accesses to the NATted address, just allow NBT services and make sure :netbios_nat option is set to true under props section of objects.C(Only available on 4.1).
